Superpowered
NexusAi Summary: Superpowered is a desktop AI notetaker for major meeting platforms that captures device audio locally, generates structured notes, and protects privacy—no call bots, no recordings. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant, it connects calendars, auto-joins, and exports to your tools.
NexusAi Overview
Install the desktop app, connect your Google or Outlook calendar, choose a template, and enable auto-join. At meeting time, Superpowered captures local audio, generates a clean summary with action items, and pushes results to Slack or your knowledge base—without ever adding a call participant.
Capabilities and workflow
Teams that run many customer or internal meetings benefit most: sales, success, recruiting, product, founders, consultants, and engineering leads. It removes manual note burden while improving recall and accountability in remote and hybrid environments. Because it does not inject bots or record calls, Superpowered fits organizations with stricter policies, regulated industries, or privacy-sensitive clients. Multi-language support broadens coverage for global teams, while auto-join and calendar awareness reduce late arrivals and context switching.

Why it stands out
Who should use it
Getting started takes minutes. Download the macOS or Windows app, sign in, and connect your Google or Outlook calendar for meeting detection and notifications. Enable auto-join, pick default templates per meeting type, and grant the app permission to access device audio for live transcription. Connect Slack for delivery and, if needed, Notion or Google Drive for archiving; CRMs and Zapier are available on higher tiers. Superpowered does not record calls, and transcripts expire after a short window. Business and enterprise plans are available via direct contact for larger rollouts.
NexusAi: Accurate meeting notes from local device audio—no bots, no recordings, enterprise-grade privacy.

Superpowered
Superpowered Labs Inc. builds privacy-first productivity software for modern meeting-heavy teams. Backed by Y Combinator, the company focuses on device-side intelligence, robust integrations, and enterprise-grade controls. Its flagship desktop app eliminates bot-based recording while delivering accurate notes, automation hooks, and compliance that aligns with SOC 2 Type II and GDPR standards.
Superpowered is a privacy-first AI notetaker that runs as a macOS and Windows desktop app. Instead of injecting a bot into your calls, it listens to device audio locally, transcribes in real time, and produces concise, structured notes you can trust. Calendar connections (Google and Outlook) help it detect and auto-join meetings on any platform. Templates enforce notetaking best practices for 1:1s, sales calls, interviews, and more. Notes can be delivered to Slack or exported to Notion, Google Drive, and, on higher tiers, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier. Superpowered does not record meetings; transcripts are retained briefly to allow note generation and then deleted. The service is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant.
