Some NexusAI features use artificial intelligence to search, generate, summarise, classify, compare, recommend, translate, rank, or otherwise process information. Information submitted to an AI-powered feature may be transmitted to an AI service provider or processed using systems operated by NexusAI or its service providers. The information processed depends on the feature you use and the content you submit. You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, trade secrets, payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, health information, or other information that is not necessary for the requested feature. AI-generated outputs may be retained where reasonably necessary to provide the feature, maintain usage history, improve the Service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. We do not use AI-generated results as the sole basis for making decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals unless this is disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Payments for subscriptions, directory reviews, sponsorship packages, campaign add-ons, translations, sponsored content, and other paid services may be processed by Stripe or another authorised payment provider. Payment providers may collect your name, email address, billing address, payment-card information, payment authentication information, tax information, and transaction details in accordance with their own privacy policies. NexusAI generally receives transaction-related information rather than your complete payment-card number. This may include your billing email, Stripe customer identifier, Checkout Session identifier, Payment Intent identifier, subscription identifier, invoice information, transaction amount, currency, payment status, refund status, and relevant fraud or risk indicators. We use this information to process and reconcile payments, activate paid services, manage subscriptions, issue authorised refunds, investigate payment issues, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.

When you create or manage a sponsorship campaign, we may collect business and campaign information including your company, product, website, contact details, selected package, campaign preferences, creatives, target categories, translation choices, billing status, approval history, and support communications. When users view or interact with sponsored placements, NexusAI may record impressions, clicks, placement identifiers, campaign identifiers, page context, locale, timestamps, browser or device information, and limited technical information used for measurement, security, fraud prevention, and invalid-traffic filtering. Sponsors may receive aggregated or campaign-level analytics, such as total impressions, total clicks, placement performance, dates, and locale information. Unless separately disclosed and lawfully authorised, sponsors do not receive individual users’ names, email addresses, complete browsing histories, account information, or other directly identifying information through standard campaign analytics. Sponsored placements may link to external websites. Once you leave NexusAI, the sponsor or destination website may independently collect information under its own privacy policy. NexusAI is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

NexusAI may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, log files, and similar technologies to: • keep users signed in and maintain sessions • remember language, display, privacy, and feature preferences • protect accounts and prevent fraud or abuse • understand platform usage and performance • diagnose errors and improve reliability • measure sponsor impressions and clicks • attribute referrals and understand marketing performance • provide relevant content and platform functionality. NexusAI is not designed or directed primarily to children.
