NexusAI provides meeting audio recording, AI-powered transcription and summarisation, file attachments, Gmail/Outlook and calendar integration, and scheduling features to streamline productivity.

You must register with accurate details and protect your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, inactivity, abuse, or non-payment.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to: - Record meetings without consent - Share illegal content - Violate intellectual property rights - Misuse APIs or storage beyond fair use limits You must not reverse engineer or benchmark our Service.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights over the technology, software, branding, and AI-generated formats. You retain ownership of your meeting content, files, and summaries you create or upload.
7. Third-Party Integration
Our integrations with Google services are subject to those providers' terms. AI processing uses OpenAI’s Whisper API; we do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
8. Payment Terms & Pricing
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods are listed on our website. We reserve the right to adjust prices, with reasonable advance notice. Refund requests are handled case-by-case.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any data loss, errors, or damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
