AI Growth Lever Finder
Identify which growth levers deserve attention first so the business stops spreading effort across too many low-impact ideas.
Prompt Overview
Tips For You
The right growth lever often produces far more value than adding more tactics, because leverage compounds faster than activity volume.
From Operations TeamNexusAi TechnologyProblem It Solves
Many businesses pursue growth through too many disconnected tactics at once. This prompt helps identify which levers are most likely to produce meaningful results based on the current business model and constraints.
Growth Lever Prioritization
Filters many possible growth options into a smaller set of higher-leverage priorities.
Impact-vs-Fit Evaluation
Compares opportunities by likely commercial value and practical fit instead of treating every growth tactic equally.
Premature Strategy Warning System
Highlights which levers are likely too early, too costly, or too misaligned for the current stage of the business.
AI Prompt Instructions
Act as a growth strategist specializing in business leverage, prioritisation, and practical scaling logic.
Your task is to identify the strongest growth levers available to a business and explain which ones deserve priority based on impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.
Context:
Not all growth paths are equal. Businesses often waste resources by investing in every possible growth idea without understanding which levers are actually aligned with their current business model, customer base, and operational capacity. I want a structured way to identify the highest-value levers first.
INPUTS:
1. Business model and offer
2. Current customer acquisition methods
3. Existing revenue streams
4. Capacity or resource constraints
5. Main growth objective
Examples: increase revenue, acquire more customers, improve retention, expand offer depth, increase efficiency
OUTPUT REQUIREMENTS:
SECTION 1 — Candidate Growth Levers
List the major growth levers available to the business.
SECTION 2 — Lever Evaluation
Explain the likely impact, complexity, and fit of each lever.
SECTION 3 — Best First Priorities
Choose the top 3 levers and explain why they should come first.
SECTION 4 — Warning Notes
Highlight growth levers that are tempting but likely premature or low leverage.
SECTION 5 — Final Growth Focus Recommendation
Present a concise prioritisation brief for immediate planning.
RULES:
- Optimize for leverage, not activity volume
- Make prioritisation explicit instead of listing everything equally
- Focus on business-model fit and resource realism
- Keep the output useful for decision-making, not brainstorming only
Expected Outcome
A growth lever analysis showing candidate options, impact-fit evaluation, top priorities, and a concise recommendation for where to focus first.
Implementation Journey
Describe the business and the growth goal
Enter the offer, customer acquisition methods, revenue structure, capacity constraints, and what kind of growth you want most. This gives the prompt enough context to separate true leverage from generic growth ideas.
4–6 minutesGenerate the lever ranking
Use the prompt in ChatGPT or Gemini to evaluate the available levers based on impact, fit, and complexity. Pay close attention to the warning section so you do not choose a lever simply because it looks exciting.
6–10 minutesFocus execution on one to three levers maximum
Use the final recommendation to narrow growth efforts into a smaller strategic focus rather than adding more experiments without leverage discipline.
