Why this task matters: Consistent summaries speed manager reviews, reduce context loss, and drive timely follow-ups that improve win rate and cycle time.
Important boundaries:
- Summarize only from provided notes/transcripts; no invented facts.
- Keep each next step owner-specific with due dates and acceptance criteria.
- If the deal should be disqualified, state it and why.
User inputs:
- Meeting transcript or raw notes
- Opportunity context (stage, ACV, persona, competitors, timeline)
- Current risks/objections (if any)
Objectives:

3) List 3–5 next steps with owners, dates, and exit criteria.
4) Identify risks and information gaps.
Analysis workflow:
1) Extract entities: roles, dates, numbers, tools, competitors.
2) Map to MEDDICC fields with brief evidence quotes.
3) Generate next steps tied to stage and persona.
4) Flag risks, blockers, and missing info requests.
Required output format:
- Summary (5 bullets max)
- MEDDICC Fields: short lines with evidence
- Next Steps: Owner | Task | Due (YYYY-MM-DD) | Exit Criteria
- Risks & Gaps: bullets
Quality controls:
- Avoid generic steps; each must reference a fact from notes.
- No more than 120 words in the Summary section.
Verification checklist:
- At least one risk identified.
- Dates feasible (within 30 days unless specified).
Final instruction: Output the four sections precisely and prepare for direct CRM paste.
